Refreshed from a two week vacation, I have assembled a playlist to satisfy any jazz lover. Beginning with the new Trane release, then a couple from Donald Byrd's Royal Flush. We follow with a more contemporary trumpeter, Jason Palmer with an extended piece. We pay homage to Henry Butler on his passing. Then new music from Geoffry Keezer, and a collaboration of young NYC musicians, New Faces. The podcast closes with vocalist Rene Marie.
