This episode is dedicated to Bob Boss; a fine guitarist, teacher and friend. Bob wasn't well known outside of the San Diego area, but he was a mentor to many young jazz guitarists and an icon in the jazz community. He suddenly, unexpectedly passed away last week.

A jazzy playlist for your workout sessions. It's an uptempo mix of jazz-fusion and hard bop from the likes of Herbie, Kenny, Joey D, Blakey, Henderson and more. I hope it has the beats and the swing to pump you up for your gym or running workout. I kept the mic breaks to a minimum and the music flowing.
